    amazing views
    friendly staff
    noisy neighbors
    dusty room

The lake views are amazin and the outdoor activities like canoeing and animal feedin were super fun! The staff at the restaurant were really nice too, makin dinner a pleasant experience. I loved seein the wild parrots come right up to our balcony for food, so cute!

But the noise from the cabin above us was too loud at night, like they were movin furniture at 3am! The room was kinda dusty and could've used a good clean.

The location was excellent, a very beautiful setting.

Very expensive both accommodation and the restaurant, dinner portion sizes very small for the price.

    Fine views in Pemberton 🌅

Chommies at the reception made check-in sharp-sharp, and our lake view from the room? Just gorgeous! We even saw some cute wallabies bouncing around. The kids loved archery-definitely a highlight!

The noise from the cabins above us was quite something-couldn't catch a decent kip on the second night, it was like they were movin' furniture at 3am!

    restaurant food
    constant noise
    lack of staff action

The restaurant food was good but a tad expensive.

I could hear every movement, which detracted from the comfort I expected. I was disappointed to find that the staff seemed aware of the noise issues but took no action to improve the situation.

They had no record of this booking. Fortunately they had spare rooms so world war three didnt erupt! Someone needs to check the booking confirmation processes as i'm NOT impressed that this became my problem at check in

The idea to include a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator in the king studio was nice. The service was top-notch with parking on site. The location was great and gorgeous for me, quick down south getaway...

    spotty wifi

We had an amazing time relaxing by the lake, and the kids had a blast with canoeing and archery. The covered BBQ area was perfect for family dinners, and the lounge was a cozy spot to wind down after a day of fun. The only downside was that the WiFi could be a bit spotty in our room, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

Very scenic setting in a peaceful environment. Good walk trail & a very good restaurant.

We purchased a bottle of red wine at the restaurant with our dinner & were charged $28. we called into the donnelly winery on the way home & purchased the same bottle for $59 per dozen which we know the resort would have been paying less again. This is called shafting people. The serving of the pork on the menu for a main should have been for an entree especially at the price.

    amazing views
    cozy atmosphere
    weak wifi
    early dining

Fine views from the lakeside room

We stayed in a lakeside studio room that offered amazing views of the lake, especially during sunrise. The accessibility to walking trails around the lake and to Beedelup Falls was a fantastic experience. We enjoyed a cozy dinner at the restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, though we had to eat early due to the crowd. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the wifi signal, as it was quite weak in the room.

The cabin was well set out and very comfortable. The location is fantastic and the activities on offer are brilliant. The abundance of wildlife is also a fantastic experience for the kids.

The cabins could do with a few more basic utensils, pots, bowls etc. and an oven. Could also do with some better signage to find the cabins
